2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• A downpayment may be required before production begins.
• Full payment must be completed before shipment.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Product Information

• We strive to display products and colors as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing processes.
• Sizes 3XL to 5XL incur an additional ₱50 per piece charge.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of designs you submit for custom products.
• By submitting designs, you confirm you have the right to use them.
• We may use product photos for marketing unless you opt-out.

6. Limitation of Liability

Love Tinta PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Shipping & Delivery

At Love Tinta PH, we strive to deliver your custom-made products safely and on time.

Processing Time

• Standard production takes 3-5 working days, depending on order volume and our current production queue.
• Rush orders are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Shipping Partners

• J&T Express
• Flash Express
• Lalamove (Metro Manila)
• Grab Delivery (Metro Manila)

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Total package weight

The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Customers within Metro Manila and nearby areas may request same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab, subject to rider availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also monitor your order through your account's Order History.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed using protective materials such as:

• Bubble wrap
• Boxes
• Poly mailers

to ensure your products arrive safely.

Damaged Deliveries

1. Take clear photos immediately.
2. Contact our customer support.
3. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during production or shipping.

Shipping Schedule

We ship:

• Monday - Saturday

We do not normally process shipments on:

• Sundays
• Public Holidays

Returns & Replacements

Because every product is custom-made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Eligible for Replacement

• You received the wrong item.
• Your product has a printing defect.
• Your item arrived damaged due to our production process.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customer-approved designs
• Incorrect information submitted by the customer
• Minor color variations caused by monitor or fabric differences
• Change of mind after production has started

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible since all products are custom-made.
